Now whenever I try to use it, the trigger is really loose with almost no resistance when pulling it back and only air comes out. No paint whatsoever. My first thought was maybe the paint was too thick so I tried the cleaner again and still got only air.

Best guess the needle chuck nut was not tight on the needle, you where moving the trigger but not the needle.

Any ideas as to what could have gone wrong? I took the whole thing apart after this and noticed the 5mm teflon packing needle packing set was no were to be found but cant think of were it could have gone seeing as I never took it apart before it stopped working.


Not sure you could even see that to know its gone.
