THEY SELL REFLECTIVE PAINT IN A SPRAY CAN,,RATTLE CAN,,UNDER KRYLON,,i use it ON KIDS BOOKBAGS,,,makes the parents feel more secure doing the painting on the book bag,,book bags are leather? also i used it on kicks for children,,no problems,,,but it can give a dull look
