    Unhappy Re: Which surface?

I airbrush exclusively on scale model cars. (1/24, 1/25 1/16 scales) If someone has an easy way of doing flames I'd love to hear it. I use sheets of frisket material, draw the pattern on the paper side and cut out the stencil. I run into trouble getting the frisket onto the car surface. It either tears or sticks to itself or doesn't lay down as flat as it needs to be. Any help?

After you cut out the pattern take another piece and stick it over the top of the first one and then take the backing off the cut out. Now put both on the model and carefully peal the top one off - this will help to hold everything in place.
