Lets see, this "super model said it was "petty, stupid, and pathetic" I think she should listen to her own words. There are so many bigger problems and worries going on in this world. I don't think it will have any effect on the web, it's just not as big as the world wide. Last I heard, it is a free America, freedom of speach, ya know. I think if Google had turned her name over, they would be getting sued from the other party. It's one of those situations where yer damned if ya do, and damned if ya don't.
I would think a super model would have better things to do with her time, than worry about one person's opinion of her, but hey, I guess there is a super ego involved with being a super model too LOL

I did not know what skank meant,the web search yield a number of meaning , the 4th site mention the model name, if the model can not stand the heat then GOT AWAY FROM THE HOT OVEN

How can someone's OPINIONS be false? If I "feel so-and-so is ugly, overpaid, and obnoxious"......I'm not claiming it as fact! I'm claiming it as my opinion! You cannot claim that what I said is a lie.....because all I said is that "I feel that way". Who are you to tell me how I feel?
Rediculous. Sticks and Stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me. Time to grow up and get some Rhino-Hide for skin.
Especially as a blogger. I can see if it were a headline in a trade magazine, or paper......whose publication ultimately causes the person in question damage in the way of lost wages or opportunities. But, last time I checked, EVERYONE in this country is entitled to their own OPINIONS.
If I'm wrong, then wouldn't EVERY newspaper editorial, or comedian that slammed the President of the United States be guilty of Libel or Slander? Of course not! It's their OPINION.
Sorry, lack of common sense drives me nuts.......Just my OPINION!

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the blogger is now suing Google for giving out her details, 'Breach of Privacy'.
Yet again the time of the courts are wsted, and lawyers go home richer, yet society is not benefitted in any meaningful way.
But.....what if Google is wrong?

people seem to get "defensive" when there is some truth in what is said about them!! as big d pointed out, "just someones opinion"!, and we are all entitled to that.
