Thread: I'm Back Too!

I was away because I was disable completely with a Herniated disk at the L5 S1. It was deviating the Sciatic nerve in my left leg( which used to be the good one! ). I laid in bed for 4 weeks unable to move. I then spent a week in hospital,had emergency surgery and have been at home recovering for the last 4 weeks. The total process will have been just over 10 weeks before I am back to work. I am Ok for now. I have 2 weeks of exercises then I go back to work with unrestricted duties. Oh ya I also had carple tunnel surgery in February. I guess it's been my year for "overhaulin"
