Question new to airbrushing lexan/ need help

my husband is into racing r/c cars and because i'm pretty good w/ a pencil and paper he decided to buy me a paasche double action airbrush to see if i'm any good at that , well i've airbrushed three lexan bodies so far and they've all turned out pretty good except for the scratch factor. I'm using pactra acryl racing paint. what could i use to protect the paint job (fastkoat ?) and if so will it be safe to use in my AB ? and if thats possible, how will i clean the AB afterwards ? I've been on my pc for hours looking for info and have come up with nothing. I'm very new at this (only 2 weeks)your answers and any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a URL for a spray clear coat for lexan paint. Haven't tried it but it says that's what it's for. Good luck. You get the fun part - painting!!

thanks zero, I tried that and I think my mistake was not shooting enough paint. also not giving it enough time to dry. someone at my local hobby shop suggested (midwest/aero gloss/ semi gloss swift white) what do you think of this as extra protection ?
