Kinda hard to say without knowing what kind of painting you are doing. The compressor that you listed is quite small and has a low pressure output. It also will run all the time and if you are working on something big, you can burn it out pretty easy. If you are just practicing and need something to start jammin with then it may fit your need. Anything other that that and you may be dissapointed. Just my opinion.

I would agree with TABG. Only 30psi would limit you in using a thick paint like createx for tee shirts, you need a higher psi 40 to 60 psi in some cases.
I have the mini twin 2222 model, it can push up to 60psi for about one hour, gets extremely hot, has never shout down on me yet. Low noise that's what's great also only 15 pounds. I added 6 feet coiled hose with the moister trap attached to the end, that solved my problem with the moisture reaching the airbrush. If you are going to do this for a while, it's worth investing in a good compressor.

That airbrush looks cheap. Plus its a single stage airbrush. Good beginner airbrush, but you might as well start off with a dual stage because you will move on a dual stage anyway.

Well, I'm not familiar with the exact model, but I do have a compressor very similar to that one. As TABG already stated, it will run constantly & could very easily burn out. Odds are, there will be times that you will want to shoot at higher than 30 PSI. If you plan to do illustrations on paper or some such thing, & only work a few minutes at a time, then sure. However, if you don't need the airbrush it comes with & the whole schmeer is $60, you're much better off getting something like this.

Porter Cable C2002 150 PSI 6 Gallon Oil-Free Pancake Compressor: Compare Prices, View Price History and Read Reviews at NexTag

Sometimes you can score a new one for under $100 on sale. Try looking for a used one. You should be able to get it for the same as what the one on Ebay is. It's oilless, & other than having to drain it at the end of the day (super easy), it's really pretty much maintenance-free.

It will be loud when it kicks in, but it won't run constantly. In fact, I have this same compressor, & when I shoot steadily at 45 PSI, it only runs a few times a minute. (EDIT: OOPS! I meant it only runs every few minutes!) The biggest bonus is you can run multiple brushes off it if need be, or bigger brushes like a small touch up gun. MUCH more compressor for the same money, & much more flexible in it's uses.

    Just my opinion! Good luck!

I agree with Cameron. I have small pancake compressor very similar to the one shown. It works just fine for airbrushing. Noisy when it runs but it does not have to run very often.
