Contest Two 2010

Artist who get the top five votes will have their art work appear in issue #29 along with the winners art

Painting must show wild life be it a animal portrait or just animal as one of the subjects in the painting.

One enter per artist, you can delete your first enter and enter another one if you want.

Contest starts to ends May 15th,2010.

Voting to start May 15th,2010

Heres a pic of why there still is wildlife in our world today, lol.
Its painted on 2 full sheets of MDF and meant to look faded as if it were painted very long ago.

i thought i would throw this one in the mix

Hey Don does the animal have to a real life animal or can it be a fantasy type animal?

dragon or something along those lines would be fine

UPDATE:

We are going to start running these for two months instead of one
The top five enters by vote will appear in the next issue of the magazine as well as the winner of course.

This should make the contests a bit more interesting.

This contest will now end May 15th and top five enters will appear in issue #29

Good idea Don should keep things interesting and it,s cool the people get their work in the mag.

Those are great ideas Don. I like the extra time, and the top five in the mag is a very nice incentive. I can't wait till I'm eligible to enter again. I almost wish I didn't win the last one

i changed my entry to this one from the tiger on a hoodie. this one is with HOK on a 12 by 18 magnetic sign.

Great contest, Don! Seriously, big kudos to Dixie for supplying such awesome prizes. I bought my SilAire compressor from them & get all my Paasche supplies there, too!

Okay, I am going to change my entry from the Elephants to the White Tail Deer that I just finished. This is really a lot of fun.
