I airbrush in the same room as i sleep, im only using inks at the moment and i do wear a facemask but i want to start thinning down acrylics from the tube to use in my ab. I know its a bit dangerous to injest acrylics but do you think its a health risk to airbrush these in my bedroom? Any precautions i can take? Thank you for your time, Tim

Redneck gave a good tip.
If you can't do that make sure you ventilate your room a lot. Open your window during or after airbrushing. You could also buy an air filter, but I think that's quite expensive. Personally I don't think acrylics are that unhealthy, if you make sure you get enough ventilation it should be fine. I wouldn't recommend spraying filler or varnish in your bedroom tho.

im also an apt dweller but i ab in my kitchen and i use mostly water base except for rattle can primers and clear but if u have a window just like jadestorm said u can get a fan point it out the window and try and airbrush next to the window the fan will hope blow out the overspray in the air works for me just my 2 cents

ps u already wear a face mask so no need to mention that

I spray in my basement and I only have a small widow. If you go to your local DIY store you can pick up a ventilator/extraction fan quite cheaply the sort of small one that would be used in a bathroom/WC, and with a flexi hose taped to the back you can place the extractor anywhere you want with the hose hanging out the window

Zero's solution seems to be the most cost effective one.
