Thread: IN THE WORKS THIS WEEK

Unfortunately nothing doing for me this next week got to head off to Scotland in a couple of hours my mother is not in good health.

Up for me this week is something new for me but I've started playing around with pearl and AA/Autobourne and Etac. For me, I plan on doing some test plates with the various mixes I come up with and put them on white and black license plates, with clear to use as a reference and kindof like paint chips for potential clients to choose from instead of just trying to tell them what it looks like. Someone wants a pearl finish, I can pull out the plates, have them pick the color they like and I will know the mix to put together.

Other than that, I do have my normal 40 hour work week to deal with.... I WANT TO RETIRE TO PAINT FULL TIME!!!

I've got lot's of remodel subcontracting in this week, also need to get things together for the car show next Saturday...... Not sure if I'll have time for that after working? However, confidence is HIGH ! LOL

today I finished a helmet for my niece. (my second helmet) still practicing. I will post some pics later this week.
have to work my regular job, and repaint a fender on this car on off hours. If time I want to start on another helmet for practice. A friend brought me 2 motox helmets too, says that the mx guys pay big $ for custum helmets. We'll see......

We have family visiting but I am hoping to get about a dozen fishing lures (Crankbaits) painted before the week after next. I am entered in the Bassmasters Northern Open Tournament on Lake Erie. I hope to sell some custom painted lures or at least get some interest.

This week it's designing 3 diferent "logo's" , and painting them on a tailgate, and a Detriot Lions helmet. Don't like the idea of painting the helmet, but it's what the customer wants. It's all original and autographed. I'll keep the autograph on it, and paint around the signature.

for me this week a busy install week and start repairing that camaro door and a helmet I am practicing on if time
