Default Painting with kids... I had forgotten how they are.

Inquisitive, full of questions, whatcha doin, why you doin it like that, do you want the pink paint for the nose, why are you putting white on the black shirt if the spots are black, and then....... STEPPING ON MY AB HOSE!!!!! Darn near spilled all the white paint on the black T..... (Yeah, I put the cap on after that)

Its been about 6 years since I've had kids around and the granddaughter is visiting for the weekend.... what a joy.... but I do mean that seriously!

I've just got to get used to it again and if this Tiger T-shirt I'm making for her turns out, then.... I'll be happier.

Odds are I'll have her do one too, I never knew the latest trend in shirts and jeans is to have flouresant paint splattered over them..... Guess I can't screw that up.... LOL

HAHAHA! I hear ya, Cliff. Now, try painting at a busy amusement park. Man, Chicago was brutal sometimes. We even had a group of grade schoolers throwing shit at the back of our heads one day. Kids... Gotta love 'em!

Can't wait to see the shirt!

Try taping off a "safe" area for you to work in, and for them to stay out of. Having an actual boundry that's visable makes it much easier for kids to deal with. The visual aspect cuts out any question as to whether they are too close or "touching" stuff they aren't supposed to handle, it also makes it easier to deal with a group, especially if you are claustrophobic.
Fot the hose, try having it wrap around your arm a time or two before it gets to your airbrush. That will help you avoid those sudden jolts on the hose that can cause you to drop your brush or spill your paint.

Fontgeek, thats a good tip about wrapping the hose around your arm/hand. Alan Pastrana did that and now I might know why.
