this is so nice!!!...how do you make such tiny soft looking fur!?!?

I am trying to do that tiger in this month's airbrush terchnique magazine article but am having a hard time. I noticed that thinned 20/1 like it says makes it hard to spray fine lines, or is it me?
    bye 4 now, Lisa

    Thankyou for your kind words
Silvermyst,,if you thin the colors to much it doesn't work so good
my golden fluid is mixed 50/50 with airbrushmedium at start
if i have trouble with fine lines i add only a couple of extra drops of Abmedium
or tranparent exender which works too,you have to try what works best for you
it depends on what airbrush and colors you are using,,
,secound,,idon't know what kind of airbrush you are using,,but i always spray
with the needle cap off this helps when doing fine detail, gives less overspray
    and sharper lines,,,

thank you for the tips...I have been using my iwata hp-ch(also have iwata eclipse bcs but favor the hp), and I do have both transparent extender and ab medium. ...and a selection of golden fluid, comart and fw.((although i'm not sure why I use AB medium over transparent extender yet?))
from what you say, I WAS over diluting my paint...i must have misread the article...
    I will try!

also, what air pressure to you go with on these?
...and if i remember correctly you have the iwata hp-ch too?, so I will remove the cap and see what happens!!!
    love your stuff!!!

I spray at 40 psi ,,,yes i Use a HP-CH but i got the one with the mac valve
so i can reduce the color flow with this while spraying,,
that way i don't have to adjust the pressure up or down with the airregulator,
you will notice a difference when spraying with out the needle cap,,,
but be careful easy to bend the needle tip if you get to close to the surface,
    have fun,,,
