If you like boats, this is a very nice one, that's for sure. 3 state rooms I believe. Not being able to go to the states means I haven't crewed yet![]()
Grand Banks, not sure the length, here's a better pic! It wasn't quite sea worthy at this point.
For some reason they won't let me flame it![]()

I live very close to the sea, almost everyone around here owns a villa or cottage at some beach or small island here and of course everyone has at least one small boat, maybe also a bigger one. I don't own a cottage, village, boathouse or even a small rowing boat but I do drool over boats like this.
But, spring and fall are great times for non boat owners; everyone owning a boat complains about the cost, work and time they have to spend on the damn boat getting everything done for summer or winter
Niclas
I don't have a boat either, and I'm constantly hearing, oh we have to go to the boat, oh the boat needs this or that. Come on people, your boating![]()
It's not like you have to go to work or something! It still amazes me how busy retired people can be. I don't think I have time to retire!
Wintering for this thing means cruising down to the Florida Keys, man that's a hardship!

A friend of mine wanted this sailing boat very much, but the owner didn't want to sell it. My friend nagged him every summer, pleaspleasepleaseeeeee, but no. Then, couple of years ago the guy gave up and sold the boat to my friend that was the happiest guy in the universe! Two years later, my friend sold the boat; "to h*ll with it, too much work!!!"
Niclas
I can see that, my in-laws sailed up until my father in law had his hip replacement surgery. After that they had to give it up. Took them a while to get a "stink pot", but they really like their boat now. I'm sure they miss the sail boat.
